- Education: Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management, or a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in IT-enabled services.
- Age: At least 27 years.
- Additional Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment, especially in hiring IT professionals and web developers.

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances and demands.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Maintain and revise company policies and procedures, and ensure they are aligned with industry best practices.
- Conduct new employee orientations and provide employee relations counseling.
- Maintain department records and reports.
- Manage the company directory and organizational charts.
- Recommend new policies, approaches, and procedures to improve HR practices.

- Office Location: House 6, Road 1/A, Sector 5, Uttara, Dhaka – 1230.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
